As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting residents, visitors, and guests while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting with security-related inquiries, all while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs as required by site protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with procedures, remaining calm and utilizing problem-solving skills during critical situations.
• Serve as a visible representative of Allied Universal at the front desk, offering information and assistance to individuals as needed.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries, provide directions, and relay important information.
• Document incidents and/or unusual activities accurately and timely, following company and site documentation protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or unwanted activity by maintaining an attentive presence at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
