Shift Opening: 1st. Weekends required

Duties

Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety compliance. Enforce rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors. Prepare detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches or unusual occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

Skills
