Position Overview

Observe, Report, and Notify Management Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence as a visual deterrence Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Ask wrongdoers or trespassers to leave the area using customer service skills/"The Power of Nice" Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts such as vandalism/theft Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important incidents

Qualifications

Customer Service experience (2 or more years) High School diploma (required) Driver's License (required) Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety Familiarity with report writing Excellent surveillance and observation skills
