We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant

Security Officer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations as necessary. Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies. Document incidents thoroughly in reports for future reference.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred. Valid security certificate or license is a plus. Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Proficient in using surveillance technology and equipment (CCTV). Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is beneficial. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
