Security Officer - Off-Days / Relief Coverage

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Security Officer to fill an

Off-Days / Relief Coverage

role supporting our full-time guards. This position is critical to maintaining consistent, professional 24/7 coverage at a residential property.

This is an ideal role for experienced officers who value

stable scheduling, structured operations, and growth potential

within a smaller, expanding security company.

Duties

Provide professional security coverage during assigned off-days and relief shifts Conduct foot and vehicle patrols Observe, deter, and report suspicious activity Enforce property rules and policies Assist residents and respond to incidents Complete clear, accurate incident reports Maintain a visible, professional presence at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations professionally. Knowledge of surveillance equipment including CCTV systems. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies. Valid security license or ability to obtain one as per local regulations. Physical fitness to patrol premises and stand for extended periods. A professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
