Our Security Guards play an essential role in delivering our award-winning customer service while protecting our guests, employees, and casinos. Below you will see a list of skills that we look for in our Officers:

Guest services key candidate is....

Friendly, outgoing and enjoys working with guests in a fast-paced local casino environment.

Understands and embraces a team-oriented work environment.

Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner upon entry and exit of the casino.

Assists guests and provides direction to guests regarding casino promotions, amenities, and guest services.

Serve game side amenities (food) to guests with other team members.

Any additional duties based on business demands.

Communication Skills

Ability to listen, comprehend, and respond clearly via two-way radios.

Ability to recall details of specific events that occur in the casino setting and then record that information in an electronic report writing systems. Itrak experience is a bonus.

Can apply for a GAMING REGISTRATION once offer of employment is made.

Will need a Health and TAM card.

Personal Skills

Available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, reach, twist, and grip items. (Lifting 25 pounds unassisted - 150 assisted if necessary).

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations with constant public contact and frequent interruptions.

Provide first aid when necessary and assess medical responses for guests/employees.

Provide guest/team member escorts upon request.

Interact regularly with cage, food, beverage, maintenance, and slot departments.

Ability to work inside or outside, and be physically conditioned to handle walking and movement throughout the shift.

Tolerate secondary smoke and noisy environment, prolonged standing and walking

Position Requirements

Possess, or have the ability to obtain, the required work cards. (Gaming, Health, and TAM Cards)

Ability to understand applicable City and State Law, Gaming Control Board Regulations and House policies and procedures. Training will be provided.

Report to the Director of Security via and chain of command structure.

Security experience is preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits

Base wage starting at

$14.00 (DOE) + Gratuity/

tip share equaling approximately $14-$16 per hour.
