Security Field Supervisor

Shift days and shift times fluctuate based on operational needs.
Candidate must be flexible and be willing to be on-call during off days.

Pay: 18.00 - 20.00/Hour

Duties:

• Fully understand and have the ability to communicate the Company\'s standards, goals and overall Mission Statement;
• Provide leadership and guidance for Unarmed Security Officers;
• Provide and coordinate on the job training for new hires along with field training for current employees ;
• Fill in post in case of an employee call out;
• Report writing;
• Intimate knowledge of all sites to include Post orders, proper uniform and employee appearance standards;
• Interacts with clients, employees and management in a professional manner;
• Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment.

• Must have at least 8 years experience as a supervisor in security or related field;
• Must have a valid Driver\'s License and reliable vehicle, supervisor will use their own vehicle , mileage will be reimbursed according to government standards;
• Be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overnights;
• Must be flexible with filling in (on Call)
• Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps);
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others;
• Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, subordinates, and fellow team members;
• Having basic security Business attire (Black Suit & white button down shirt) is a plus.
