We are looking for a UKG Pro and Plansource Open Enrollment Benefits Consultant on behalf of a client for year end support. This is a Temporary/Contract position. The ideal candidate should have benefits experience, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure a successful Open Enrollment. Flexibility and adaptability will also be key, as you may need to adjust your approach based on feedback and the varying needs of different business units.
Skill:
Review and interpret benefit plan documents (medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA, etc.) to determine accurate system configuration
Configure and build benefit plans, eligibility rules, cost structures, and coverage tiers in the Plansource Benefits Administration module
Set up open enrollment and life event workflows, including employee self-service access, decision support (if applicable), and plan comparison tools
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to ensure correct plan mapping and payroll deduction alignment into UKG Pro
Build and test carrier connections (EDI feeds) and validate data formats, schedules, and dependencies
Perform end-to-end testing of benefits setup, including employee enrollment simulations, cost validations, and deduction accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues or discrepancies in collaboration with Plansource and UKG support as needed
Provide guidance on best practices for Plansource's benefits platform, including compliance with ACA and COBRA rules (if needed)
Create documentation for benefit configuration and assist in training HR teams on system use and benefits maintenance
Support cutover activities during open enrollment and/or benefit effective dates
HCM Unlocked participates in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program
