Job Description
We are a growing team in Springfield, MO seeking a passionate UI/Frontend Web Developer with strong JavaScript and CSS skills to help build responsive, engaging web applications. This role is ideal for someone with at least
1 year of experience
in frontend web development who wants to make an impact in a collaborative environment.As a UI/Web/Frontend Developer, you will work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. You'll build and maintain web interfaces using modern web technologies, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in frontend or web development.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working on a small or lean development team
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of CSS / SCSS and responsive design
Strong knowledge of HTML
Strong knowledge of JavaScript
TypeScript fundamentals
Nice-to-Have
Experience with modern JS frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and web performance optimization.
Daily Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners to implement UI features.
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Contribute to interface design discussions and usability improvements.
Optimize web pages for speed and performance.
Assist with debugging and fixing frontend issues.
Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
