Job Description

We are a brand-new Early Childhood Education Center in Urbandale Iowa, and we are looking to fill our team with teachers who are passionate about caring for and educating children. Kiddie Academy of Urbandale opened May of 2022 and we are looking to fill our team with talented teachers that will become a part of the Kiddie Academy Family. As a team we can make the center a great learning environment for the children and a great work environment for the teachers!

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of all teachers will be the care, safety, and education of the children in in our academy. Some other responsibilities will include daily planning and classroom management, light cleaning and helping to keep the academy tidy. Teachers will be responsible for communicating with other teachers, management, and families.

Skills

Proven experience as a child care provider Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices partnered with a willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills Well-organized and committed Creative and energetic Strong moral values and discipline CPR and First Aid Certified will be required upon starting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
