Tutor / Academic Instructor Summary of Job Responsibilities: This position includes leading and supporting academic modules for our short term residents. Creativity is encouraged as you will have the opportunity to design your own modules to help support our residents in fun and engaging educational programming while receiving treatment at Mountain Valley. Minimum Qualifications: Meet ONE of these education or training requirements: An Associate Degree or higher degree with at least 12 credits in the field of human services, psychology, therapeutic recreation, education, or related field. Or the equivalent of 2 years of full-time experience working with children. Or any combination of credits in human services & experience with children that totals 2 years. Or 7 years of parenting experience. Other Requirements (you must meet these for employment):

• Valid driver\'s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment checks.
