Responsibilities This role combines business, sales and education into one exciting opportunity! The candidate will handle Streamline\xe2\x80\x99s client intake, tutor development and will continue tutoring their own students. As the client intake representative for your team, you will hold the families hand and guide them from the initial intake call all the way through their child\'s learning journey with Streamline. This approach builds trust and respect throughout the relationship allowing for more meaningful and in-depth discussions regarding their child. Spending time and learning about the students will help you to pair them with the best tutor that fits their needs and build a trusting relationship with each family. As the tutor manager, you will have a team of tutors in which you work with in a group setting as well as on a 1-1 basis to help develop them into the best tutors that they can be! Streamline uses our own tutor development training designed by Ian Siegel, CEO and author, in which all tutors will move through the stages with your guidance. This training plan is designed to make them a better learner, a more effective tutor and increase their tutoring income. You will have regular meetings with your team, shadow their sessions, develop strategies to help them move through the tutor development plan and keep in contact with all clients to perform check ins. In this role, you will continue to tutor your own students on the SAT and ACT to sharpen your skillset and be aware of what your team is facing throughout their sessions. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a students success from start to finish. You will create meaningful human connections with tutors, parents and students in an effort to expand our brand nationwide. The ideal qualities of a candidate are excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep desire to work with students to see their own potential. Previous tutoring experience is required. As both the Intake manager and tutor mentor, you must be able to help lead a team of tutors, be willing to learn and possess an open-mindedness to all perspectives and new ideas. • 5% of ALL REVENUE generated by mentees on the team
• 10% on your own referrals
• 15% for new business referrals from your area
• 60% revenue on tutoring received from Streamline
• 80% for clients from your own area that you\xe2\x80\x99re working with that are moved to the Streamline platform
