We're currently seeking a dedicated

Full-Time Turnover Coordinator

to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position is 5 days a week, 8:00am-4:00pm. The CLV Turnover Coordinator will work as an integral part of our Facilities team, that will coordinate and manage all aspects of unit renovation projects for our older adult residents.

What You'll Do as a CLV Turnover Coordinator:



Walk open units and complete a "punch" list to determine scope of work. Responsible for directing the turnover team through the duration of the turnover process. Walks renovated units and completes the final walk-through checklist. Responsible for proposing and reviewing the scope of work for each unit. Responsible for meeting with prospective residents to establish apartment home selections and properly scope custom home modification requests. Manages prospective resident expectations through communicating timelines, costs, and ensuring written acceptance of all home specifications. Responsible for ensuring that scope of work is completed on budget and on schedule. Interfaces with vendors and contractors to coordinate scope, schedules, and pricing. Prepares and submits turnover acquisition request form including all supporting documentation. Prepare addendums for each turnover acquisition when the scope of project changes. Orders appliances and other items not supplied by on-site contractors. Leads weekly turnover meeting, providing status updates of all turnover units on status tracking report Manages quality control of work performed in each unit by contractors and team members. Ensures safe work practices being followed by contractors and team members working in turnover units Ensures fire code compliance is maintained throughout the renovation process. Perform general duties as required by Facilities Management to support the department as assigned and with minimal supervision. Keep all personnel matters strictly confidential.

What You'll Need:



High School diploma/GED or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in project management, especially construction/renovation project management. A working knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern long-term care operational standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with computer software programs including Microsoft Office, and the ability and willingness to learn and use customized software programs. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
