Support lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, overseeding, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth. Utilize landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and effectively to complete daily tasks efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify issues requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects that meet quality standards and client expectations.

Experience

Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to troubleshooting turf issues. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude towards ongoing learning in turf and horticulture fields.
