Who You Are:

• Provide the technical knowledge needed to keep the golf course equipment operating efficiently
• You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous
• You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Must have knowledge of mechanical tools, safety procedures and equipment repair; golf course/landscape equipment repair experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently, and in a task-oriented, team environment, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and reinforcing them over time
• Perform maintenance repairs on equipment as directed/needed; inspect and adjust mowers daily and perform field inspections of equipment
• Provide Director of Agronomy with accurate repair and maintenance budget numbers during budget time
• Maintain effective communications within the department, both oral and written; maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees
• Ensure work area is kept clean and neat; ensure proper care and storage of tools; assist operators in adding fuel, oil and proper greasing of equipment
• Maintain a working knowledge of golf course/landscape maintenance equipment and repair practices, including gasoline, diesel, and electric motor repairs; hydraulic and hydrostatic transmission repair, grinding, back lapping and adjusting reels

Compensation details: 32-33 Hourly Wage
