About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects utilizing TSYS utilities (TS2 mainframe) to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities with business and organizational goals. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, sharing regular updates, status reports, and expectations. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment by working closely with team members and facilitating productive meetings and workshops. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze project data and metrics to measure success, highlight improvements, and drive continuous process optimization. Support and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the team. Engage directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Utilize problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and optimize project outcomes, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with TSYS green screens to condition and validate test accounts for bi-weekly TSYS releases. Proficiency in scripting to enhance and maintain automation scripts. Familiarity with mainframe TSYS utilities (TS2) and related tools.

Desired Qualifications

Working knowledge of SQL. Experience with Databricks or similar data analytics platforms.

Salary and Other Compensation:
