Team as a Trucking Supervisor!

Are you a seasoned trucking professional with a passion for leadership and logistics? We're looking for a proactive and safety-focused Trucking Supervisor to oversee dispatch operations, manage truck resources, and ensure top-tier service on every job. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a CDL with a clean record, and bring strong problem-solving and customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Things You'll Do

Dispatch and manage trucks, truck resources, and varying truck schedules. Monitor employee training and certification. Prepare and submit required reports. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. Travel to job sites to determine truck needs.

Requirements

CDL and clean driving record. 5 years of trucking experience. Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills. Ability to resolve customer complaints regarding drivers and materials. Ability to adapt well to change. Attention and commitment to safety. Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
