Franks Truck and Trailer Repair offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career as a truck mechanic. We are seeking an entry level helper with little or no experience who is eager to learn the trade from our team of experienced mechanics. As a mom-and-pop owned shop Franks Truck and Trailer provides personalized repair and maintenance services to commercial vehicle operators in eastern Montgomery County.

The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, support our mechanics as needed, and assist with inventory control duties. This position is designed for someone who wishes to become a truck or trailer mechanic but may not know how to begin their career in this field.

Key Responsibilities

Assist mechanics with repair work while learning the trade

Put away parts from stock orders and count inventory

Keep shop clean and organized

Dispose of scrap metal by dumping into the outside container

Drive to pick up parts when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
