We're currently looking for a Trim Room Supervisor to oversee the trimming team and ensure the efficient processing of our harvested cannabis.

The Cannabis Trim Room Supervisor will manage the trim team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of cannabis flower in compliance with state regulations. This role involves coordinating daily operations, training staff, maintaining quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. This ideal candidate must have strong communication skills for uplifting team morale while also accomplishing production goals established by the management team. 2+ years of experience in cannabis trimming, post-harvest operations, or cultivation. If you do not have this experience on your resume, your application will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the trim room, managing up to 9 team members. This includes flipping bucked weight pending trimming, and daily reporting updates. Train and supervise trimming staff to ensure they meet productivity and quality standards. Monitor and maintain proper trim room protocols, including cleanliness and organization. Ensure accurate weighing, trimming, and sorting of cannabis flower to meet production goals. Perform quality control checks on trimmed flower to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. Keep detailed records of productivity, waste, and inventory for compliance and reporting. Ensure that all team members follow safety procedures and state regulations. Coordinate with the cultivation, drying, and curing teams to ensure efficient workflow. Troubleshoot any equipment or operational issues within the trim room. Work with management to schedule staff and meet production timelines. Implement and maintain a structured workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Support with Bucking and any other post-harvest activities as needed.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience

in cannabis trimming, post-harvest operations, or cultivation.

1+ year of experience

in a supervisory or team lead role preferred. METRC Certification preferred but not required. Desire and willingness to learn METRC is required. Knowledge of cannabis strains, flower structure, and trimming techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations and compliance procedures. Ability to train and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-production environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
