OLI Outdoor Services is seeking a motivated and professional

Tree Service Sales Representative

to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners and businesses who have

already requested estimates

.

We provide all the leads.

Your job is to schedule those appointments, walk the property, assess the work needed, educate the customer, and provide clear, honest estimates.

You will have the flexibility to

build your daily route and appointment schedule around the leads assigned to you

. You'll receive full support from our office, CRM system, and production team to help ensure every job you sell is completed with the highest quality and professionalism.

No prior tree industry experience? No problem. We fully train the right person. All we ask is that you bring great communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn the basics of tree care, equipment, safety, and job logistics.
