What You'll Do:

As a

Tree Crew Leader

, you'll lead by example -- ensuring safety, professionalism, and top-quality results on every job. You'll mentor your crew, deliver excellent service, and bring our company values to life in the field.

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a field crew in all aspects of tree care (pruning, preservation, removals). Conduct pre-job safety briefings and enforce safety protocols. Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and crew members. Operate and maintain climbing, rigging, and aerial lift equipment safely. Inspect job sites to ensure work quality meets company standards. Provide training and coaching to develop crew members' skills. Promote proper tree preservation practices and educate clients when possible. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite.

What We're Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications:

ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to become certified within one year) 3+ years of tree care experience, including crew leadership Strong climbing and rigging experience Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and team leadership skills Passion for tree preservation and customer satisfaction
