Job Description

We are accepting applications for a Tree Climber to join our team and work for a reputable company that has been providing tree care to the Denver/Metro area for over 30 years. We offer a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for advancement.

These positions will also be responsible for driving company vehicles so a clean MVR and current driver's license are required.

When assigned as a Tree Climber/Arborist, duties would demonstrate the ability to safely & efficiently climb, prune and remove trees. It also requires the ability to understand and execute rigging and effective communication with the groundsman.

Duties would include operating chainsaws, working with various tree trimming equipment and training our ground crew if the need arises.

The Climbing Arborist in this leadership position must also be able to work independently and operate company vehicles and equipment and also train and manage the ground crew.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Clean MVR with current driver's license - NO PRIOR DUI'S/NO EXCEPTIONS
-Reliable transportation to Golden/Arvada daily - NO EXCEPTIONS
-Government Employment Verification
-Ability to safely work around equipment
-Good team player and the ability to be a leader of the tree crew.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
-Honest and reliable
-Small machine and engine repair experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
