Community Alternatives Inc. is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven
Treatment Supervisor
to oversee and support direct care staff across our continuum of behavioral health programs. This vital role ensures that women and their children receive equitable, ethical, and effective care--ultimately improving recovery outcomes and strengthening families.
What You'll Do
As the Clinical Program Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of services across
SACOT, SAIOP, and Outpatient
programs. Your leadership ensures programming is delivered with excellence, consistency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Service Quality
Organize, monitor, and track services to enhance quality of care.
Assess client and staff needs to guide service planning.
Implement and evaluate services across assigned programs.
Provide administrative supervision and direct care support as needed.
Leadership & Communication
Lead work teams to ensure collaboration and consistency.
Communicate regularly with staff and supervisors to maintain program alignment.
Advocate for clients, staff, and program needs to support continuous improvement.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and submit all required monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports.
Oversee BCMS entries, incident reporting, and service documentation.
Complete progress notes, admissions, mileage logs, and correspondence.
Manage personnel documentation including evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Administrative Operations
Oversee staff timesheets, personnel concerns, and other administrative duties.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director or leadership team.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Master's degree
in a human services field.
Licensed or pursuing licensure
in Substance Abuse Counseling or Social Work (LCAS, LCSW, LCMHC, or associate-level equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of supervision experience
in a behavioral health setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Commitment to ethical service delivery and trauma-informed care.
Ability to complete essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
