Summary of Essential Job Functions

Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients Conduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plans Act as liaison between Dentist and patient Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally. Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations

Compensation and Schedule

Salary:

$18 depending on experience

Bonus Pay:

up to $300 additional per month

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
