As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between our practice and prospective patients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our orthodontic treatments. This role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their dream smiles. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment options, financial plans, and ultimately assisting them in making informed decisions about their orthodontic care.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective patients, providing detailed information on orthodontic treatments and options.
Conduct initial consultations and assessments to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our orthodontic services, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
Develop and present personalized financial plans, working closely with patients to find suitable payment options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging referrals.
Track and report on key performance metrics related to patient conversions and sales targets.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within orthodontics, dentistry, or healthcare coordination (preferred but not required).
A professional yet personable demeanor - you excel at making patients feel comfortable and valued.
Comfort and confidence in discussing financial matters, with strong communication skills to address concerns transparently.
Self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-pressure setting, managing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in dental software (e.g., OrthoTrac or similar).
X-ray certification is a plus but not required.
Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus!
