About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst as part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of general banking Experience with treasury management products and services Implementation experience Solid negotiation skills Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Outstanding problem solving and organizational skills

Job Expectations:

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position is a hybrid model. Must be willing to work out of Jacksonville, FL, Chandler, AZ, Carlsbad, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Atlanta, GA, or Dallas, TX approximately 3 days a week Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Hourly Pay Range:

Jacksonville, FL: $28.85 - $43.75 Chandler, AZ: $28.85 - $43.75 Atlanta, GA: $28.85 - $43.75 Dallas, TX: $28.85 - $43.75 Minneapolis, MN: $31.73 - $48.08 Carlsbad, CA: $34.62 - $52.40

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
