Job Description

The Treasury Compliance and Bank Administration Team plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's financial operations adhere to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices. This team is responsible for maintaining compliance with SOX, AML, KYC, and other financial regulations, mitigating risks related to banking operations, and ensuring seamless financial transactions. By implementing strong internal controls, monitoring treasury activities, and conducting regular audits, the team safeguards the integrity of financial data and prevents fraud or unauthorized access.


The team oversees 20+ banking relationships, 500+ users, 600+ bank accounts, and 30+ bank and investment portals. We manage role-based access control, monitor the SharePoint ticketing system, and ensure that user entitlements are aligned with internal policies. Additionally, We lead efforts to consolidate banking platforms post-M&A, optimize banking services, and negotiate favorable terms with financial institutions. Our strategic oversight ensures the treasury function operates with efficiency, security, and compliance.


The team drives continuous improvement initiatives by implementing automation, business continuity planning (BCP), and treasury system integrations. We work closely with internal stakeholders (AP, AR, IT, Internal Audit, Payroll, Finance) and external banking partners to enhance security protocols, streamline reporting, and improve operational resilience. By staying ahead of regulatory changes and technology advancements, the Treasury Compliance Team ensures the organization's financial infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and future-ready.

RESPONSIBILITES:

SOX Compliance

: Understands the SOX compliance framework and perform periodic testing and assessment ofTreasury-related SOX control timely and accurately. Effectively communicate control findings and remediation plans tomanagement. Produce an accurate narrative and evidence document for management review and approval.

Bank Portal Management

: Understand banking products, services, and bank portal functionalities to optimize treasury operations. Stay updated on bank system enhancements, security features, and regulatory changes. Monitor the SharePoint ticketing system and address requests promptly per internal policies, procedures, and SLAs. Troubleshoot access issues, transaction delays, and technical errors, ensuring timely resolutions. Provide clear solutions and guidance to stakeholders regarding portal-related issues. Ensure all bank portal SOPs are up-to-date by tracking changes from banking institutions.

User Management

: Monitor the daily user termination report and promptly remove access within SLA.. Create and implement role-based entitlements across all bank portals by collaborating with internal stakeholders. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date user database for all banking platforms. Assist with user data integration into Treasury Management Systems(TMS) for seamless operations. Ensure user data aligns with audit, compliance, and security requirements. Responsible for maintaining and updating user management process and workflows.

Bank Account Management

:Assist with maintaining bank account database by adding, modifying, and closing bank accounts in Treasury Management System (TMS). Assist with bank paperwork for account opening, modifying, and closing.

Team and Development

: Actively engaged in professional self and team development; Accountable for creating and promoting a high-performance culture; Aligned with cultural values of the team; Continuously drives improvement initiatives forward.

SharePoint

: Maintain Treasury Compliance SharePoint site. Regularly updates SharePoint Ticketing System User Guide.

Other responsibilities

: perform ad hoc analysis; Understands policies, procedures and controls; Ensures protocols are adhered to including updating procedures; Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls, introduce efficiencies, automate processes and incorporate best practices.

EDUCATION:

Minimum: 4 yr degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field


Preferred: MBA, CTP, AAP, CPA, CFA preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: 2+ years in Treasury, Economics Payments, Finance, Accounting or similar role
