Because we handle firearms, candidates must pass a criminal background check, be at least 21 years old, and hold a valid Oregon Driver's License.

What You Bring:

Strong sales and customer service instincts Basic computer skills and typing proficiency Familiarity with jewelry, firearms, electronics, tools, musical equipment, or similar items (don't worry -- we'll train the right person!) A sharp eye for detail and a knack for reading customers and situations

What You'll Get:

Full-time schedule (40 hrs/week) Every Sunday off -- we're closed! A chance to build experience across loans, retail sales, appraisal, inventory, and customer service

Your Role Will Include:

Evaluating pawned and pledged items for loans or purchase Handling sales and loan transactions with clarity and professionalism Negotiating fair deals and helping customers find value Selling retail items and helping merchandise the shop Keeping accurate shop records and adhering to all laws and regulations Delivering top-tier customer service with a friendly, helpful approach Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
