Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation of Tray Pack Equipment in a safe manner, i.e. Grinders, Mixers, Sausage Stuffers

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Set Up, Operate and Maintain all equipment in the Tray Pack Department
• Ensure that product is running at line speed as scheduled by Operations
• Maintain ongoing communication with Maintenance and Operations

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Ability to Speak, Read and Write English Preferred
• Have some knowledge of Maintenance and Machinery
• Previous Experience Assembling, Disassembling and operating Machinery Preferred
• Machine Operator Experience in a Manufacturing environment Preferred

Base Pay Rate: $12.75 including shift differential

Hours: 5:00pm 2:00am (subject to change based on production needs)
