Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

  • LVN/LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited nursing program
Certifications Requirements:
  • Valid Minnesota LPN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in long-term care facilities
Other Requirements:
  • Strong LPN with no call-in issues
  • Ability to work 36 hours/week on a 3-12 night shift schedule (5:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
  • Background check clearance and flexibility to adapt to facility protocols
