Traveling Superintendent Data Center Construction

Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will be in charge of helping the construction project to be delivered on time and on budget while on site. You will receive field support from assistant superintendents and Assistant Project Managers while working alongside the Project Manager.

  • Manage daily on-site operations of data center construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project status.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
