Job Description
Oversee the construction of data centers through the state of Texas, managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety and quality standards
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
- Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
- Travel extensively through Texas to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

- Experienced superintendent in industrial or commercial construction, ideally data centers
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term
- Competitive base salary (130k-155k)
