Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations from site mobilization through project closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure schedule and quality compliance
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure job site
  • Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders to align on progress and challenges
  • Lead site meetings, inspections, and ensure adherence to technical specifications
  • Manage logistics, sequencing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

  • Successfully completed a large ground-up data center project as a Superintendent
  • 5-10 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Holds proper certifications for data center construction (e.g., OSHA 30, Uptime Institute, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams
  • Willing and able to travel for projects nationwide
