Powerwell, a division of Quantam is a leading recruitment firm helping our clients discover top talent. We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager.

You must reside near Grand Rapids Michigan to be considered for this role.

Candidates can expect 50%-75% of travel. All fuel and business-related travel expenses will be reimbursed by our client. This position also provides a $700.00 per month car allowance as well as client provided phone, computer, and sales tools. Our client also offers a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) reimbursement program. Commission is based on a trailing twelve-month schedule (TTM), which is paid quarterly in addition to the base salary.

Our client is a group of global manufacturing companies specializing in innovative engineered corrosion-resistant fluid processing technologies. Our client's production facilities operate with the largest population and the most diverse fluoropolymer and composite manufacturing processes. They are focused on innovation and pioneered solutions designed for the corrosive chemical fluid processing industries. In addition to creating the strongest, lightest, and most chemically resistant piping systems in the world, our client's heritage product lines, some dating back to the 1930's, represent the most recognized names in fluoropolymer and composite fluid processing technologies.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will report directly to the National Sales Director and achieve growth in both top-line sales and profit dollars through the successful development and management of our client's Distributor Partners. You will collaborate with the National Sales Director in the design and implementation of strategic business plans that ensure our client's strong market presence, consistent message to the market, and product focus. Coaching, performance monitoring, joint sales calls, and setting goals and objectives will play key parts in the successful execution and accomplishment of our client's mission.

Responsibilities:



Promote the company and technologies of our client. Growth in top-line sales and gross profit. Establish our client as a key/top vendor partner with their distributors. Advance our client's distributor model. Develop and achieve yearly sales and booking goals with distributor partners that align with business objectives. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Identify growth obstacles and solutions to overcome. Conduct quarterly sales and booking reviews with distributor partners. Provide on-going training to our client's distributor partners. Joint field sales Calls with distributor partners. Service and support to distributors and customers. Gather marketing information regarding customers, competitors, and pricing. Use sound judgement, listening, and problem-solving skills. Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude. Provide on-going training to our client's distributor partners: Product Training Sales Training Follow-Up Processes Prospecting Time and Territory Management Market and Applications Solution Selling Bundling Systems Out of state distributor joint field sales calls: End User Focus Expansion Joint Surveys Engineering Firms Contractors New Business Prospects Lunch and Learns Aim for 4-6 Calls per Day
