Job Summary

We are looking for

Traveling Laborers (1099 Contractors)

to support tire racking assembly, tire hauling, loading, and other general labor tasks at multiple project sites. Contractors must be self-sufficient, capable of working independently or within a team, and willing to travel frequently.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

Assemble and install tire racking systems according to project specifications Haul, load, and organize tires safely and efficiently Perform general labor duties including material handling, cleanup, and site prep Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition Work professionally and efficiently to meet project timelines

Contractor Requirements

Must be eligible to work as a

1099 Independent Contractor

Prior construction, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred (tire/racking assembly experience is a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to travel regularly and stay on-site for multi-day or multi-week projects Must provide own basic PPE (steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.) Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism English and Spanish speaking (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly/contract rate (DOE) Paid weekly via 1099 Lodging, and travel accommodations provided when traveling Ongoing project opportunities for dependable contractors
