At JMC Enterprises, we remove ice and snow from the tops of tractor trailers using ladders and snow shovels, ensuring drivers are not faced with dangerous buildup while on the road.
As a Lead Technician, you'll perform hands-on snow and ice removal while driving the service vehicle and supporting a small team to maintain safety and service quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of physical work, time on the road, and traveling to different locations across the Northeast.
Responsibilities include traveling to various sites in teams for 2-4, rotating tasks for each trailer, and accurately documenting completed services using our digital platform.
