night-shift

crew for

occupied retail/restaurant refresh

and

tenant finish

work across the nation. This is an excellent opportunity for tradespeople looking for consistent work, great team culture, and competitive pay with daily per diem. Occupied environments:

after-hours work, protect finishes, zero-defect turnovers, spotless exits.

Fast-track cadence:

coordinated trades, nightly milestones, short windows.

Precision standards:

Drywall:

GA-214 Level 4-5, straight reveals, feathered corners, clean access panels.

Paint:

commercial systems (bonding/epoxy/acrylic), razor-clean cut lines.
+

Tile:

layout from control lines,

ANSI A108

setting, minimal lippage, clean movement joints.

Electrical:

fixture swaps/retrofits, lighting controls, neat conduit, code-compliant terminations.

Flooring:

substrate prep,

glue-down

per manufacturer spec, rolling/set times, clean transitions.

Electrical:

lighting, fixture swap, conduit, basic trim

Demo and general labor

Fixture, millwork, and commercial door/hardware install

Framing:

wood/metal stud

Bethesda shift (current project):

typically

9:30 pm-7:30 am

, multi-week duration. Additional travel projects available.



Responsibilities


Read plans/elevations, verify dimensions, lay out from lasers/chalk lines. Execute trade work to spec; protect adjacent finishes; leave areas broom-clean nightly. Communicate ahead on materials; close punch quickly; collaborate with site lead. Work safely (ladders, lifts, LOTO as applicable).




Requirements


2+ years commercial

experience in at least one listed trade (portfolio/photos or site references preferred).

Night-shift readiness

and ability to

travel 1-4 weeks

at a time.

Tools:

full hand tools for your trade; basic power tools preferred.

Safety:

OSHA-10/30 preferred (or willingness to complete); lift certification a plus. Able to lift 50+ lbs; ladders/scaffolds; stand/walk for extended periods.

Professional conduct

on travel (substance-free, hotel/rental compliance).




Pay & Travel Package


$25-$30/hour

(all trades; based on demonstrated commercial skill and reliability)

Per diem:

$50/day when traveling

Company-paid lodging

when traveling

Weekly W-2 pay

Long-term project availability Supportive o respectful team culture o well-run sites o Consistent pipeline

Top end of range reserved for verifiable quality (photos/refs) and strong night-shift performance.
