We are looking for an experienced

Travel, Tour & Charter Sales Specialist

who can arrange charter bus sales requests, plan group travel and school trips, sell cruises and vacation packages, and maintain strong client relationships. If you enjoy helping groups travel safely and customers plan unforgettable trips, this is the perfect opportunity.

Duties

Manage and respond to inbound charter bus sales quote requests Follow up with

schools, universities, and athletic organizations

Sell

group travel, group tours, school trips, cruises, and vacation packages

Group travel planning Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships Provide friendly and professional travel planning assistance Track quotes, leads, and sales activity using internal systems

Qualifications

3+ years of experience

in charter bus sales, group travel sales, motorcoach tour sales or as a retail travel agent Knowledge of group travel, motorcoach tour sales, charter bus sales, arranging school trips, or retail travel sales Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting Must be able to work on-site at our Philadelphia office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
