Position: Therapist-SLP-Speech Language Pathologist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
Engage with clients and families to provide education and support.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in speech therapy.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
Experience in providing speech therapy in diverse settings such as schools or clinics.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and families.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in monitoring and documenting client progress accurately.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and therapy sessions.
