Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services to patients in various settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes regularly.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Set and achieve personal performance goals aligned with company targets.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Utilize data and metrics to assess therapy effectiveness.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Adapt therapy techniques based on patient needs and progress.
Contribute to team meetings and share best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience in providing speech therapy services in diverse settings.
Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and treatment techniques.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Proficient in documenting patient progress and outcomes effectively.
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients and families.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Experience using data to assess therapy effectiveness and outcomes.
