Position: Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in self-reflection and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and share insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical therapy.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine.
Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Proven experience in providing physical therapy services in diverse settings.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Experience in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate patient records.
