Position: Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient treatment effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical therapy.
Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients and team members.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maine with relevant certifications.
Experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team metrics.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
