Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients in Norfolk, Virginia.
Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient rehabilitation goals.
Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Utilize pipelines to identify and maximize potential success opportunities.
Ensure high visibility of work activity and results.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to group success.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving therapy services.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
Minimum of 2 years experience in physical therapy practice.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a healthcare team.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Comfortable working in a high visibility and results-driven environment.
Proficiency in developing personalized patient treatment plans.
Strong ability to evaluate and adjust patient therapies effectively.
Familiarity with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
Proven track record of engaging in continuous learning.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
