Position: Therapist-PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and exercises.
Utilize feedback to improve personal performance and patient care.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
Engage in community outreach to promote therapy services.
Experience/Qualifications
Current PTA license in Washington State or eligible for licensure.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in providing physical therapy assistance in a clinical setting.
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ability to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment as needed.
Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation of patient care.
Willingness to engage in community outreach and promote therapy services.
Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean therapy environment.
