Position: Therapist-PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced Therapist-PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in Silver City, New Mexico -- earn up to ($1579 - $1663 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients under supervision.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize feedback to improve personal performance and patient care.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Must hold a valid PTA license in New Mexico.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong desire to achieve performance targets and metrics.
Experience in providing physical therapy assistance in clinical settings.
Capability to monitor patient progress and document care activities accurately.
Ability to develop and implement treatment plans with supervision.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Ability to utilize feedback for personal and patient care improvement.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
