Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy practice.
Utilize performance metrics to track and improve therapy effectiveness.
Engage in self-reflection and seek feedback to enhance personal growth.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong focus on achieving performance targets and metrics.
Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Proficiency in monitoring and documenting client progress effectively.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse client needs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in educating clients and families about therapy techniques.
