Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions.
Adapt therapy approaches based on client feedback and changing needs.
Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Arizona.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Proven ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy practices.
Excellent documentation skills for therapy sessions and client progress.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills to educate clients and families.
Adaptability to modify therapy approaches based on client feedback.
