Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive professional growth.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy practice.
Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and improve therapy effectiveness.
Provide education and support to clients and families regarding therapy processes.
Engage in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Missouri with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.
Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills for client and family education.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in utilizing data-driven approaches for therapy assessment.
Strong organizational skills to monitor and document client progress.
Willingness to engage in community outreach and promote services.
