Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to overall team success.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and support.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy techniques and interventions.
Adapt therapy approaches based on client feedback and changing needs.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results through regular reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy services.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Florida or eligible for licensure.
Eagerness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
Experience in providing occupational therapy services in diverse settings.
Strong ability to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
Proficient in monitoring and documenting client progress effectively.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
