Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Engage in self-reflection to identify areas for personal growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational therapy.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
COTA certification and valid state license required for practice.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patients.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to industry trends and best practices.
Experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated ability to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans.
Strong documentation skills for accurate patient care records.
Proficient in utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
